Solar Monitoring Power Supply System

The solar monitoring power supply system is an addition of a solar power supply system to the traditional monitoring system, which allows the monitoring system to operate without regional restrictions and solves the problem of difficulty in accessing electricity in remote areas. The solar monitoring power supply system consists of solar cell modules, solar charge and discharge controllers, and solar batteries (groups). If the load power supply is AC 220V or 110V or multiple voltages, an inverter or dedicated power module needs to be configured.

　　
The functions of each component:
(1) Solar panels: Solar panels are the core and valuable part of solar power generation systems. Its function is to convert the radiation ability of the sun into electrical energy, or store it in a battery, or drive the load to work.
(2) Solar controller: The function of the solar controller is to control the working status of the entire system and provide overcharge protection and over discharge protection for the battery. In areas with large temperature differences, qualified controllers should also have temperature compensation function. In the solar street light system, a solar street light controller with light control and time control functions is required;
(3) Battery: Generally, it is a valve controlled maintenance free lead-acid battery. In small and micro systems, in cold weather areas, solar gel batteries need to be equipped, which can be used at low temperatures without greatly affecting efficiency. Its function is to store the electrical energy generated by solar panels when there is light, and release it when needed.
(4) Inverter: There are two types: sine wave and pure sine wave. The direct output of solar energy is generally 12VDC, 24VDC, and 48VDC. To provide electrical energy to 220VAC appliances, it is necessary to convert the direct current energy generated by the solar power generation system into alternating current energy, thus requiring the use of a DC-AC inverter.
